Who we are

Miami Appliance Repair is a local appliance repair company serving homeowners and renters across Miami-Dade County, Florida. We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and other major household appliances. We are a direct service provider: when you book with us, the technician who shows up at your door works for us, either in-house or under contract, and we stand behind the work.

We built the company around one problem: when an appliance breaks, most people need it fixed today, not next week. That is why we keep our schedule open seven days a week and hold same-day slots for urgent calls like a refrigerator that has stopped cooling or a washer that will not drain.

Our technicians are factory-trained on the major brands sold in South Florida, including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, and Bosch. Training on current models matters, because a modern appliance is as much electronics as it is mechanics, and guesswork gets expensive fast.

How we vet technicians

Every technician who works under our name goes through the same screening before their first service call:

• Background checks. We run a criminal background check on every technician before they enter a customer’s home.
• Licensing. Technicians hold the licenses and certifications required for their work in Florida, including EPA Section 608 certification for anyone handling refrigerant.
• Factory training. We verify manufacturer or equivalent training on the brands each technician services, and we keep that training current as new models ship.
• Insurance. All work is covered by general liability insurance, so an accident on the job is our problem to make right, not yours.

Our service guarantee

We keep our pricing and warranty terms simple:

• 90-day warranty. Every completed repair is covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same failure recurs within 90 days, we return and fix it at no charge.
• Flat upfront quotes. After diagnosing the problem, your technician gives you a flat, all-in quote before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay.
• Diagnostic fee waived with repair. We charge a diagnostic fee to inspect the appliance and identify the fault. If you approve the repair, that fee is applied to the job, so you do not pay it twice.
